Multifunctional and cost-effective cooker producing all types of SOS, IWS, pasta filata type, value added products or analogue cheese with high operating comfort.

The FreeTherm 250  is particularly designed for the production of all types of SOS, IWS, pasta filata type or value added products which need low mechanical treatment. All ingredients are gently mixed by two augers. High flexibility and different options, like an additional shear pump for products like spreadable cheese, make this batch cooker a multifunctional cooker for any kind of product.
