Continuously producing cubes or shreds made of processed cheese.

The new Natec CubeCutter® 1500 is designed to produce cubes or shreds made of processed cheese. The continuous cutting system complements the Natec FreeSlice®, Scheibli or other equipment for the production of SOS cheese. It is also possible to produce cubes or shreds made of analogue or hybrid cheese in variable sizes. The modular design allows the application of different numbers of cutting knives. This stand alone unit is USDA approved.
