The Natec BatchCooker® VR 100 is particularly designed for the production of spreadable processed cheese, IWS processed cheese and other types of cheese which need a high mechanical treatment. By means of the rotating knives very homogeneous and shiny processed cheese products can be produced. The hygienic design and the different options guarantee a safe and comfortable production.
